If you are trying to purchase more than 10 copies of any of the Clara Wu Book titles and you do not see the option "Or pick up near this address," in the Amazon Mobile or "Choose your pickup location," in Amazon Desktop, then see below on how to resolve this known Amazon glitch. You will see the option if you choose 10 or less copies but the option to choose an Amazon Hub Counter+ disappears when you choose 11 or more copies. The easiest way to solve this is to choose 1 copy of the book, then in the review screen, select the Amazon Hub Counter+ and finally, manually change the quantity of books to the desired number, and place your order.
From Amazon Mobile
- You're on the screen to review your order before placing it and you've chosen 15 copies or more of the same Clara Wu Book title
- In the Shipping selection, you do not see the option: Or pick up near this address
- Scroll all the way to the bottom where you can select your quantity
- Change it to 10 or less
- Scroll back up and in the Shipping Address section, you should now see Or pick up near this address
- Select it
- In the search entry field of the Select a pickup location screen
- Enter 02138 as the zip code to search by for the BTS campaign (if you were given separate instructions, use that zip code)
- In the results, select Amazon Hub Counter+ (Fresh Pond) on 200 Alewife Brook Pkwy, Cambridge, MA and click on Pick up here
- Once you're back on the review screen, confirm that in the Shipping address section, the Amazon Hub Counter+ is displayed
- Scroll all the way to the bottom where you can select your quantity
- Now select your quantity that is higher than 10 (e.g. 15, 20, 25+)
- Once the quantity has been refreshed
- Scroll back up to confirm the Amazon Hub Counter+ held and if so
- Place your order
